What can make my score worse on a given day?
Short sleep and the hours immediately after a poor night, an active infection or the fortnight after one, dehydration, alcohol the previous evening, and testing during your natural afternoon dip. The context questionnaire captures these precisely so a low run can be read against them rather than alarming you.
